Gosford City Brass Band is the No.1 Brass Band on the Central Coast.
The Band has an extensive history covering over 110 years, and named after the small community that was Gosford. Gosford
City is now one of the thriving hubs of the Central Coast. The band has a strong history of competition and performance.
Currently an Open B Grade band we regularly compete in State and National Compeition.
The Band also produces 2-3 regular concerts at Laycock Street Theatre during the year and runs a very successful Brass
Festival.
Gosford City Brass Band is a primary focus of brass education on the Central Coast offering several different programs
and levels of ensemble playing and encouraging individual performance. If you are not in the brass band and playing brass,
get yourself in here and enjoy the company and challenges.
The Gosford City Brass Band runs a DRUM CORP, another innovative program designed to develop drumming and marching
techniques for all ages.

the central coast region by encouraging and supporting development, performance, comradship and courtesy to all.

NEW MEMBERS ALWAYS WELCOME
Drum Corp rehearses Wednesday 6 -7pm (school term)
Junior to Intermediate level Band rehearses Wednesday 7 - 8:30pm (school term)
Senior (Contesting and Performance Band) rehearses Thursday 7:30-10pm (mid Jan - Xmas)

All positions require full attendance committment to be successful.
